Return Policy

Three possible reasons are considered for the return of the artwork/product:

 

1. Work / product damaged in transit.

 

If the artwork/product arrives damaged due to shipping or delivery, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the package. If you notice exterior damage to the packaging, please make a note of it to the delivery person or carrier, and if possible, unpack the shipment in their presence.

 

The merchandise travels insured, so in the event of damage during transit, I will proceed to send you another artwork/product identical to the one ordered at no extra cost. In the case of unique or limited edition works, you will have the option to choose another similar artwork/product or receive a full refund of your payment.

 

The damaged artwork/product will be collected at no additional cost to the customer.

2. The work / product has original defects.


If the customer notices any type of defect or original flaw, not attributable to transportation, they may return the artwork/product for repair or request a refund. In any case, the refund will be issued upon receipt of the artwork/product with the flaw or defect on my part.

3. The work / product does not meet the client's quality expectations.

 

Despite the utmost care and quality control in each of my photographic prints, the customer has 14 days to return it if it does not meet their expectations. In this case, the return costs will be borne by the customer. The artwork/product must be returned in the same condition and packaging in which it was received. Once I have received the artwork, I will proceed with the refund. In this case, the amount relative to the original shipping costs will not be refunded.
